B'COOL PRODUCTS
|
|
(Click the logo above for the BCOOL Products site...opens in a new window)
It's my pleasure and I'm eager to introduce to you the extreme quality of Randy Briley's B'Cool Products fenders and blanks. For those of you not familiar with the high quality products B'COOL offers, you'll be doing yourself and your clients a big favor by looking into the Pro Builders and Skin-Tite series of fenders and blanks.
Seeing how I'm not a lightweight by any means, the fender blank below was fresh off the brown truck and I just had to demonstrate the heavy, durable construction of these fenders by planting my size 12's on top of it. But that's not where it stops...the quality continues into the finish and beyond. Shape and fit is exact and true. Constructed from up to 10 gauge material, I dare you to compare the B'COOL Products quality to anything available anywhere.
(Click above for some detailed photos of the quality difference)
B'COOL Products provided the high quality fender blanks for our Metric Revolution project bike, RATIKUL, and others in the MoonShine Steel shop. If it's about quality for your build, look into B'COOL. Tell Randy that MoonShine sent ya ! |

B'COOL PRODUCTS THE FINEST FENDERS ANYWHERE
WHAT'S YOUR MADE OF ???
The comparisons made on this page are my own personal experiences and are the direct result of hands-on inspections by me in my own shop. The observations contained on this site are purely from a customer and end-user of the product. As with the other weblinks contained here on my site, these people and companies are the best of the best in their respective fields and only the best will end up within the pages on the MoonShine Steel site.
I was always told that if you can't say something good about somebody, don't say nothing at all. I'm going to try to adhere to that old wisdom in selecting the finest products to be featured for representation herein. It is not my intention to "bash" anyone's product but it is my whole-hearted purpose to give just props to high-quality craftsmen and companies supplying the good stuff.
OK...obviously...I'm not exactly the Kentucky version of Tom Thumb but I climbed right up on the beautifully made B'Cool 300 rear fender blank and planted my size 12's right in the top center of the fender. I promise you I actually jumped up and down on the brand spankin' new fender fresh out of the box...it didn't flex even the slightest amount.
How much MORE MATERIAL do you get when comparing B'COOL Products fenders to others??? Read the gauge down the left hand column and line up with the gauge on the top row to compare.
Note: These figures are compiled from gauge size before manufacturing process. Some gauge is lost during any metal deformation process such as spinning or deep drawing. Please ensure you evaluate all aspects of any product before you judge quality and price. The images below along with the comparison chart speak for themselves if you're concerned about real quality.
STEEL GAUGE COMPARISONS - B'COOL PRODUCTS FENDERS vs. others
I can rant all day but the proof is in the pudding...er, uh...well, in this case, the proof is in the heavy 11 gauge steel rear fender shown here in these comparison shots.
